chop carrots, cucumbers, and green onions (naga-negi).

sea bream slices, prepared for sashimi, on rice paper and cover with
shredded vegetables.

Roll
and cut into small portions. Serve with grated radish and soy sauce.
Rice paper:
Rice paper is made by first mixing ground rice and water. The dough
is then thinly spread and formed by steam into sheets and dried to
preserve it. It is indispensable for Vietnamese dishes. In use, it
should be briefly soaked in cold or warm water. It can also be softened
by putting it between wet napkins or spraying it with water.
